In House Manufacturing
Our orthopedic and spinal surgical instruments are designed, machined, molded, and assembled in our 12,500 square foot facility, giving us total control over the production process. The process begins with a call to our courteous customer service representatives. From there, our engineering, research and development team will develop an instrument based on your custom requirements. Silicone rubber handles and inserts are molded in a wide variety of shapes, colors and durometers.
In-house molding capabilities assure you that all handles standard or custom, are molded to meet specified Pantone colors, varying durometers, and unique configurations as required.
