ISO 9001:2000 is a set of international standards and guidelines for quality management and quality assurance in contract design and development of medical devices including surgical instruments. The standard represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that Bradshaw Medical will follow in delivering products and services that will meet and exceed their customer’s most stringent quality policies and requirements.
