• Raising the bar in orthopedic and spinal instrumentation.
• Accuracy and repeatability under the most demanding surgical conditions.
• Unique drive mechanism eliminates reverse torque action upon reaching peak.
• Individually serialized upon customer request; for ease of traceability and recalibration cycles.
• ALL our Total-Control torque-limiting wrenches are guaranteed to be within +/- 5% of the customer specified torque setting.

| Testing confirms that our torque limiting drivers maintain their accuracy and repeatability. The graph to the right details test results for a T-Handle driver set to a nominal torque of 90 lb-in., then subjected to an extreme 3,000 clicks without rest periods, cleaning, or sterilization. Throughout the test, nominal torque remained within a tolerance of +/- 5% of the original pre-set torque, with an average nominal torque value of 91.577. The chart below details recent testing which reconfirms nominal torque value tolerance of +/- 5% with an average nominal torque value of 91.100. | ![]() |
